Bright Futures & DBIA
A group of very excited and curious students came up to our booth at the DBIA show, originally attracted to the I 💗 Specs/I 🤮 Specs messaging. But quickly revealing a genuine hunger to learn from every company in the exhibit hall.
Selena Fullone, Connor Welsh, Jessica Budd, Fernanda Ceja and Owen Lantiegne are from Alfred State College, part of SUNY in Alfred, NY. They were in Las Vegas in early November to attend the Design Build Institute of America National Conference. They were in the top 3 of 35 teams that made it to the finals of the national student competition focusing on the design build approach. Their energy is contagious. Their ambition is impressive. Their hunger to learn and make a difference in the industry is so inspiring.
